west oz holiday windsurf destination for newbs?

Gday legends,the missus wants to go on a holiday and asked me where to go ,wind and shallow water or somwhere ok for newbs would be good cheers

Shark bay

Really for shallow water and conditions for noobs, only Lancelin, Shark Bay or Geraldton (Coronation) are suitable.
Then Shark Bay maybe too far and has nothing else for people not into water sports (once u have seen the attractions I mean)
So that leaves two....

Cocos Island has the flattest, clearest and really shallow water.[2nd wind do tours and hire gear]

Pelican Point right in the middle of Perth on the Swan is a pretty neat spot with great rigging and parking for a newbs.

Head up to coronation beach Mort, different levels of waves there.... Good if you want to learn waves.....

I guess technically its not WA and nows not the right time to go but Cocos Islands is perfect for windsurfing holidays for newbies.
