I went out windsurfing today, me arms are like sore as.. I have not been out windsurf for soooo long since I got married. The wind was blowing 30+ on shore at Rye today, so it was hard to windsurf with the chop smacking me side on all the time. I went out on me 102 board and 5.3 sail. I was way over powered, but it was just awesome to be out windsurfing again. I tried out me go pro and got abit of footage, will post it once I edit it fellas.. What awesome times we live in where we can go windsurfing and come home and show our wifes or girl friends what we do out on the water..
