whats this? Pic taken Severne site but I don't know of a boom where the piece goes over the arms instead of inside them?

Its the new Severne boom copied from North/Duotone.

Probably not been released yet. Mateo had them when he was here, have also seen a couple of the severne boys with them locally

AUS4 is right. Certainly not xboom. Completely different pin system.
