Hi All. Need some information on a fin for a kids Sea Skip Board. The Fin length is 26cm and the top is 9mm wide and 20mm deep. Has a metal bracket (front edge) that holds it in the box and it can slide forward and back. (2 plastic pins on the back edge hold it in the box). Any ideas what replacement I could use?

It is just a US box fin any US box fin of a similar size will do the trick.

Hi Snoopy, not sure where you are located but if you have access to regular surfboard shops that stock longboard bits n bobs you would most likely pick up an inexpensive or a second hand long board fin of about that size for not much coin. As stated its a US box style but many surf shops would not know that name they would just refer to it as a regular fin box.

Thanks peter. I hoped that would be the case. Didnt think the longboards were screwed in the same way. Apparently that metal bracket was sold as a repair piece to fit to the fin after the original plastic part was broken.

Hi nerdy. Id give you the one I have but Im going to try and refix as a backup fin even if we replace it with new. There are no markings on it as to a manufacturer. If I find out Ill let you know.
