Hi Guys,
I have recently bought a new sailboard from a guy off of the internet for 500 dollars it is Branded "Tasmanian Sailboards" with no name. The board looks quite new and i have talked to someone about it and they said that it was a load of junk. the board is in very good condition and my question is does it matter.
Thanks guys any answers would be greatly appreciated

I think Yacht Distributors used to source boards and market them under the name of Island energy , I still have one in my rafters, but you can see the name of the shaper who was a popular South Aus shaper. Actually Sailboards Tasmania might have been Peter Nitchke.

Take it for a ride, and make up your own mind.
If it works it doesn't matter what other people say.
All that matters is that you like it.

Otherwise, as the guys said above, post a photo, and someone can possibly identify it and tell you more about it.
