Thumbs Up

Wild times at the badminton, but the story goes that when Brendon Todd was at the Australian qualifiers for Atlanta (don't know where and wasn't there so only heard the story 2nd hand, hopefully somebody reading was) he was miles ahead in light winds coming up to the finish line on the final day. He then had the presence of mind to work out, he was leading the regatta overall and that if he finished soon there would be enough time under the rules for the organisers to stage another heat/race for the day as the calculations were done on the winners time. He then slowed down eating up the time ensuring his victory, one quote I heard was "He was practically doing freestyle on the finish line". TANKING!! MISTRAL STYLE, we of course thought holy crap, this former kid is now a dead set legend and potential medal contender for the Canberra Windsurfing Club.
