Just over a year ago I torn a tendon off my elbow at work and missed the best sailing time of the year! Last week I had a tussle with a shovel and now my Gath hat won't fit! This time next year I am going to be REALLY careful!

I fractured my elbow on the 4th dec last year pretty much missed all of last years season
Then in march sailing wedge I smash the top of my shoulder nothing broken but out for another month
Then this year on the 1st sep 4weeks before gnaraloo I ripped my ac joint apart and hopefully back on the water on 5 th de****hat's nearly 5 1/2 months in a year off the water and 4 1/2 months off work
Bloody stoked I've got income protection
At first I thought you did it trying a Spock.

Please go to a professional next time you want a piercing. Or at least, use a sharp, sterile shovel.
