Maui Clinic April 11th to 14th 2017

I am heading for another 4 day clinic in maui next year. I have arranged for Matt Pritchard to give us tuition. I need 4 to 8 people including me to make it happen.

I have done plenty of clinics in my time and Matt Pritchard's Maui clinic is one of the best. He taught me how to sail in waves. and after a couple of years, he taught me to forward loop!! see

This will be a bump and jump / wave clinic on the north shore of Maui!!! The level is suitable for first time wave sailers or people trying to master serious aerials. Don't be intimidated about Maui. The water is warm and conditions range from dead flat to waves. You get to pick what ever suits you.

If you can water start, you are good enough. Matt will teach you how to master jibes and tacks as well.

The day starts with video reviews of your performance, then drills and coaching on land. then two sessions of sailing. The nights are a quiet dinner in Paia. you will be stuffed.

The total costs in USD will be somewhere between $1400 and $1800 USD depending on how many people in a room. This will include:
- the clinic
- Windsurfing kit. really good stuff. (ill be riding the new 2017 taboo pocket ;)
- beachfront accom

You will need a car. The more that share the cheaper it is.

Jetstar is usually the cheapest flights.

BTW there is nothing in this for me other than to see the smile on your face.

I also did a Prichard Wave camp with friends earlier this year. We did it in Mexico at Solo Sports at Punta San Carlos. It was my third time there and the conditions were perfect, so windsurfing every day and no mountain biking.

Matt does a great job, he's got an easy going nature and is good at pointing out the little details! I'd almost be tempted to join the Maui trip, been 4 years since last there. I'd come from a different direction though, not being from down under!
