I don't understand why custom boards are so expensive. It only takes a bit under 7 minutes to make them. It does seem like you got a be a pretty quick shaper though.
great to see people in manufacturing still wearing thongs and shorts to work obviously OH&S hasn't caught on and probably wont, imagine the shaper wearing steel caps and overalls doesn't quite look the part.
Like the way the designs on the board are done.
For the amount of work involved it's surprising how cheap they are, cheaper than production boards.

what is the bottom and top made from? assuming the top is wood veneer?
What are the inserts made from for the fin and masts tracks?
You can make a baby in three minutes and they're still expensive.
