It looks dead boring to me.
Why not give the pool a miss and walk across to the ocean.
In fact give the whole lot a miss and use the money to go somewhere nice, like Australia. 
looks like an alright spot for some speed windsurfing 
just need some on shore wind 
At least when all the kids piss in the pool there is plenty of water to dilute the urine.

i agree - get some strong on shores and that would be an amazing speed run.
Or better yet - set up some turbines along the full length and you never have to wait for the winds!
