Good video. he says to keep your back hand near your head as enter.. How do you find the leverage to oversheet the sail as you enter if you do that? Wouldn't your back hand have to move as far back as possible as you enter so you can pull the sail on?

Yes, back hand a long way back. It's not difficult unless you are overpowered.
