How much do flights cost from Perth? Would the Cocos be suitable for a family holiday 2 kids - 3 & 4?

Flights range from $580-$850 depending on how early. Check Virgin.
I've got kids and will be taking them next time. There is perfect safe water for them to splash around in.
Transport around island is either by small hire car or bike hire. If it were adults only trip i would just hire the bike from the shop at airport. Unless they have kid seat attachment hiring a car would make it easier for the wife and kids.

From memory it's about 2 km from the bungalows to the windsurfing area.

In short. YES. Taking the kids is fine. Probably be the most relaxed place you'll ever go.

I think that was the "one way" ticket price I quoted.

Check virgin website
