Macroscienc thought he had finally solved traffic jams with the development of his solar powered jet propelled flying quadbike

Fat Mary was sent on the first prototype test run where Macro found the lift thruster was a little less powerful than expected.

Never one to accept defeat Macro is now searching Alibaba for a cheap 5kw Chinese battery

Hi all, thanks for the entries, I'm going to call this one early.

There were some great entries:

Mr Milk nicely milked the climate change theme with "What riding an exercise bike will be like with 4 degrees of global warming and 100m of sea level rise."

I really liked Tardy's quicky, the quite inappropriate "Fat lady Farts her way to the ocean floor", followed by the appropriate encore "IT AIN 'T OVER TILL THE FAT LADY SINKS".

I also really liked Mark_Aus's "Toilet fresheners becoming increasingly more strange...", in part because it gave a hint to...

...Waterloo, who should have gone with the obvious entry "Waterloo", but, as the green thumbs confirmed, his "Bond girls, where are they now?..." did hit a chord with some and under normal circumstances for me this would be the winner.

HOWEVER

... when we look at the "big picture" the recent innocently made split in the space-time continuum caused by the spontaneous premature appearance of CC484 is very worrying, as the caption of the "big picture" may soon read "CC continuity innocently lost through a botched freestyle move"!!! There is obviously an imperative to correct this impending catastrophe before it is too late,

SO

... in this (hopefully) unique once-only case, the winner of CC483 is Tony Wills.

So Tony congratulations and please take it away with CC484!!!!

although the Doctor would make Tony Wills submit a caption for CC483 to ensure the ripple in the space-time continuum is cancelled out

I think the Doctor realises that the eternity of space-time can accommodate this ripple .. but not the fracture that will result if Tony now submits a losing CC483 caption
