Best flat water near Melbourne

Yello - what are the best flat water sailing spots near Melbourne (say within 3 hours). Take Sandy Point as probably the best, where else cranks on flat water?

Inverloch - 1 1/2 hrs from Melbourne. Great flat water blasting on most directions

point henry looks awesome never sailed it tho. also hazelwood pond does get wavey tho... I find the pond more fun to sail than the pit...some guys speed sail port melbourne inlet section dont know where tho. also lake conawarre is meant to be cool . rye front beach in a north wind is ok

I checked out a little bay in between North and South Ricketts... Definitely not sailable.

I used to, it used to be good (13 years ago). A few urchins around though.
