Neil pride make a good sail. Mine went the distance had a 5.7 Neil pride sail (in the back of uteris) withstood countless trips including 500 kg concrete and render 180 pavers no worries over 8 months, Leave it in the sun on front lawn for 8 weeks
rigged up on gravel and road.
**** was bullet proof.
Just a shame NP cant build booms for ****.
As per last thread.....
I lament the loss of the Firefly which was an awesome crossover sail. Heavyweight wave sailors want a 6m+ that has grunt and reasonable durability for their biggest sail, and it delivered. In my quiver of 4 x Combats and 1 x Firefly it was perfect. It is also a great freeride sail, and a good freestyle.
Wicked range and stable.
Now we have a wave range, a soft-ish pure freestyle (Wizard), and pure freeride.
They have lost the in between 3 style / crossover and will regret it ![]()
