Learned a lot from this video from fellow forum contributor. Stunningly quick tacks and playing on the beach swell with race kit. Also, apparently I'm not the only guy dealing with HG cams as at least once he puts his hand up to pop one over.

First three minutes are him getting the board deep enough to start. From there on, he rips in really flat water.

Very nice video. His pitch is dead-steady with no porpoising. We all aspire to achieve this kind of stability.

Too bad we can't see his speed or distance or track on the screen.

Don't see this in too many foiling videos much less ones with race gear. Loved the track, too. Helped give some context where all those tacks were going. Thank you for sharing this.

Very inspiring. Makes me want to dust off my race foil and cross my 45 km lake a few times

...and he is a great guy too, always happy to spend some time and help. I'm lucky to see Julien quite often in RQYS in Brisbane. He helped me a lot a week ago. He's setup and tuned my gear off and on the water. I had the best foiling session ever. Everything felt so much balanced after his input. Can't wait to sail with him again.
