Seems safe to assume that the 99 front end is at the same spot as the 76 and the 84. That means the back end of the wing will be further to the back, and therefore also the "center of effort" (or whatever the correct term may be for the foil). That's already the case for the 84 compared to the 76. So if the "C" position works for the 84, then the 99 would require a "D" position. Easy to do with mast tracks, not doable with a tuttle box unless you are willing to drill another thread or two into the fuselage.
