Has anyone tried to fix footstraps to their surfboard?

What works, what doesnt?

hey dude do a search in the kitting forum as this has been a explored option most crew buy some inserts from windsurfing shop and a pair of sraps drill a whole resin them in the u can screw the straps on and off

if your doing it to a cheap board, just cut out holes in the board where you want the straps to be, get some wood the same size as the holes except it has to be very very hard to put in. screw your footsraps to the wood, hammer the wood into the holes. then fibreglass over the wood. and there you have it footstraps in your board
