The Government are looking for ideas for Scarborough (Perth). Surfers play a massive part of Scarborough. Get on there and tell them we need a good artificial reef or superbank, a decent skatepark and other stuff you think we need.

I think the swimming pool is going into Colin's backyard (Cotts)...the artificial reef is a great idea, always thought it would have been good to put one in at Contacio's. There's even a lil bit of reef to help anchor it.

Make it an empty pool and you've got the first two sorted. I'd even pay good money to see Colin drop in and do some laps :p
