Yeah I can imagine mate, please give them another chance to wake up...if they continue being farked, fark 'em.

Its one thing to provide feedback on pics. I must admit I agreed on the wave 1/3 max principle, but yeah I know its hard when you receive nothing but negativity. I've been a content creator for 11 years & the seabreeze crew are undoubtedly the toughest audience I have ever encountered.

I for one appreciate seeing people surfing the waves I grew up surfing even if I don't recognise any of the people in the pics.

But one more thing...the place would have more contributers if there was more positivity, creative critique mixed with advice is one thing...but...

I mean what do you do when you go surfing. Surfs cranking, but whinge its crowded. Some good waves, but its farking cold, middle of summer better size than yesterday, but its still so small lol, ok I'll get back to my beer now

Have to say that in general the surfers I talk to on the beach at Trigg are great people - very community minded and supportive of the sport in all its forms......

Be good to see more contributions to the short board forum on Seabreeze - but maybe the majority are elsewhere.....Facebook?

Also find the crowd on the Kite Surfer forum to be very appreciative of any photos - I have supplied many original copies of photo files free to them on request - but there hasn't been decent winds for the KS's this Winter - so I have been spending more time at the Northern end of Trigg and at Marmion taking photos of surfers.

Never get any complaints or negative comments when I post photos taken at Marmion........maybe a different crowd?

Oh I thought that's why you were being the forum police, that's the job for the mods.

The mods actually need posts first before they can moderate mate. Look I know where your coming from, I get it. You don't think its ok to post boogie board pictures here. I say it's no big deal, coz the guy has made a number of posts which did not contain booger pics & its not like he flooded the joint with them. Like he said he quite clearly stated what the content was in the topic heading. Making it easy to determine if you have any interest.

The thing is, if we make too many restrictions on what people can & cannot post. You end up with less & less posts until the place becomes fully inactive.

I'm not trying to moderate, I'm trying to maintain & stimulate shortboard forum activity. Your placing restrictions on people with what you perceive to be the unwritten law of this infertile land. Let the land be fertile bro, let the posts grow

Thanks Jayet - hasn't been much of a surf lately and mostly shore dump - I could stand in the carpark to take the photos but it is a bit lonely up there.........prefer to stand on the beach...

When the surf break is further out I'll be able to include more of the wave...
