Hi,
Got some friends coming over from UK around xmas, one of em is into diving, the other surfing and both into drinking 
Just wondered if anybody could recommend a holiday location that has both aswell as reasonable sightseeing, nightlife etc etc.
Is there any of the main city locations that would have this on doorstep instead of travelling each day or having to stay out in sticks a bit ??
