yeah bazz. when you sit in the water. flex your ankles up every so often.
now, I have a foot problem and knee on the other. really have struggled.
three days of walking lungs, no right down , just hips square and even, knee move forward need directly over the foot, and seriously I haven't felt this strong getting up for years - even a decade or so
I am doing to 50 morning and night.
sure its old school but really works. it going to be my routine daily whether I'm injuried or not
mac, theses are what you need to do. will stabilize your knee /leg
