"I kissed a girl and I liked it". Ok I didn't really, wait sorry I did.....
Oh what??? Ok I just went and surfed on my neighbors 10'4 Gordon And Smith log and must say that it was one of the funnest surfs for ages.
I been thinking about getting a longboard for quite a while and rode a high performance 9'2 that put me right off the idea.
Now the log though, amazing!! Fully hooked already, I'm getting one.... I'll be able to post here as a real Longboarder!!!
So your own coco Matt design is not good enough for you to surf lol![]()
send me a demo one Mr cmc...please![]()
CMC, this is the board for you.
Fast on the points, yet cruises nicely on small waves, handle the juice, and perfect for big long carves, but can also be quite a hot dog when you want it to be.
The Occasional Pin... ![]()
Asea, trim speed is insane. Drives a beautiful bottom turn, then you can walk up and trim fast! With the pulled in nose, I would usually only get my front foot to around 1 foot off the nose.
So go a log if you seek real Hang-10 time. But I prefer The Occasional Pin... Surfs everything, and surfs it well!
Slightly old school 60/40 up front, but eventually running into harder modern rails out of the tail.
More rocker that the Redline. Slight Vee right through the entire board. 'Til-Death-Do-Us-Part.
It's a 1 off Hand-Shape.
Another way to describe it is a mix between The Redline (Pin Tail), and The Cruiser.
Single Stage Rocker, more than Redline, a touch less than Cruiser (Cruiser is 3 stage).
Single Fin, like The Redline.
Full 60/40 Rails on my board (like The Cruiser).
Volane Glass, with visible laps - perfect laps...
