Thanks for coments, hours spent? Quite a lot but weekends and after work so didn't realy keep track. Good time spent.

Hi Tarquin1,I cut a stencil for the writing and used an airbrush, for the rest I painted by hand using brushes and ink nib.The paint used is pigmented acrylic ink, then 2 Pac clear over top.

Not hollow but a low density polystyrene so I put the vent in to stop pressure build up

Normster , its got 4oz top and bottom , then 1.5mm balsa bottom - 2mm balsa top, then 2 layers 4oz top and 1 layer bottom + fin patches.
The rails are 4 layers of 3mm balsa laminated.
