Yeah,I've heard good things about that point and area although I've never been up that far,Noosa is as far north I've been.I'll have to put it on my list

It's out of town THERE reasons for building it here is
Cheap flat location with abundance of water and a climate that's suits surfing year round.
pup nobody is safe from the coastal urban sprawl.
