The line looks great value if you like the Blues - at only -3.5 Given that QLD are on their 3rd choice halfback (perhaps) with limited practice time and the game is at Homebush I can not believe that the line is under a try - should be more like 6.5. Especially when you think about the bench options QLD have now - they basically have to have a half on the bench if Cherry plays - which means they lose a forward. Not sure about the selection of Duggan - as many have said before me you either get rocks or diamonds with him - I also think he is a little selfish with the ball and hence the options he takes. I think QLD will blunder that side of the park this evening. I really want QLD to win but if I was a betting man I would be all over NSW at -3.5 tonight as it seems to be extraordinary value. Imagine if NSW lost a half just before the game - their odds of winning would fall substantially. Not so with QLD it seems - which is very weird. I am keeping my powder dry and will see what happens early in the match to see if any opportunities present themselves.
