No crisis. I got my first longboard skateboard a bit over a year ago.
Took about 3 days to strain my 55 year old achillies to the point I was about 3 months letting it heal.
Huge fun.

Heard good things about the Captains Log lately backing up what you said to Young Reg a few weeks ago & turns out I've actually ridden it. I thought it was another model...would like to add both too the quiver (Capt Log & Macca)
