The switching foot floater sounds good, do you normally do it frontside or backside? Cheers
I stand natural when I surf, but used to do a lot of skating from 11 to 24 & used to stand goofy. Started just switchfooting on a shortboard at the end of a wave from time to time. Then switchfoot pretty much every wave on a 666 last summer through winter & started doing it a lot on my longboard.
I start natural stance on popup, switch to goofy & would switch back to natural as I hit the whitewater. Should add my local has pretty soft fat whitewater sections. But I'm now working on staying switchfoot for the floater & pulling most off in the small summer conditions. It feels harder once it gets over waist high on the section I'm hitting. I found cutting back a lot harder also, but I'm slowly getting used to it
