Awww I missed all the ski talk....imagine if everyone just paddled that place wouldn't be such a **** fight...Vicco is teh same as WA...unless it 15+ skis stay home or go somewhere waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay offshore

I reckon it is embarrassing to call yourself a pro and need a ski in 4-6ft point waves.

Not to mention how much of a self entitled **** you need to be to think you can just whip inside someone that did the hard yards to get there.

It would be nice to just see someone turn and go infront of them and just tell them to get ****ed...probably too much to expect from a bunch of QLD nancy's

Mate not far up the road there's a compound they've put up - I reckon I saw close to 15 of them just in there

Charlie was banned from the competitors' area... (so I guess he can still be at the comps).

How was Parko's last wave he took all the way into Greenmount and disappeared out of camera range still going.

I watched a heat in my lunch break and thought it was pretty average,they all surf the same,how they judge a winner is beyond me,unless its 6-8ft and full on rail surfing it doesn't do much for me,

Unfortunately it's still for the most part a popularity contest.
The same tired format
Biased judging that the general public skakes their head at.
Some of the calls today were rediculous
No wonder the WSL (previously known as the ASP who just changed the logo) are losing a truck load of money.
Everyone is switching off in disgust.

And the WSL deserve a wrap here not only have they run a great comp they have also proven why their poorly conceived single fin only rule won't work.

Well not if they take their tour to places like this.
