All us old blokes can enter pan pacs on the goldy next Nov .dont have details so dont ask
should be good thoigh its a great event with grouse bands and plenty of entertainment , go for gold
I did the Pan Pacs last year. I was very new to paddling but had a great time. Only 4 of us Sup'ers entered. They raced us with the OC's and it was fantastic. I will definitely be doing it again & encourage everyone to consider it!

I feel old, look old, get told im old, and some health thingo says I'm 12 years older than what I really am - will 34 mean im old enough to have a go at the pan pacs?

34 your a spring chicken , but yeah their is over 30 division.you can also try some other sports too.
