Flying Objects - Best board bag around and I think they make one for the Avanti

Balin are really good, ive been using mine for at least 3 years , carry strap and handles are good for to and from beach and zippers all good . very happy with it !!!

May sound kinda like an odd question, but on a similar topic...

I've got an ION Board Bag for my 10' 2015 Naish Mana, and it fits perfectly length-wise, however the nose of the bag is a rounded, longboard shape, whilst the Mana has a semi-pointed (not quite Shortboard) nose. Anybody heard of anyone around the Brisbane area who might customise a cover to fit a little better? I know it shouldn't be a big deal, just would love to have that better fit to prevent the extra material 'flapping' on the roof when headed to the beach. The tail end is also a tad loose but given there's a zip all the way around it would be problematic to alter I'd reckon.

Any advice would be appreciated!

A sailmaker or auto upholsterer should be able modify the bag for you. Worth a try.

Most sail makers sound be able to do it, I just had one done buy our local sup supplier, who also repairs kites, looks just like a bought one

I had an Avanti and couldn't find anything wide enough to fit it - tried them all. That was a year or so ago, there may be someone doing it now otherwise look at custom options.

I've got an avanti with flying objects cover fits perfectly it's was around $230 I think. Great bag !!!!!!

Try the Surftech bags, i reckon the 11 6 would fit your board.

Got a custom cover made by Balin for my SUP.

Cost only a little more than the standard ones but fits perfectly.
