Looking at a family holiday from NZ and travel agent suggested Queensland. Any spots in particular anyone would recommend for surfing and SUP plus also keep my wife and two teenage daughters happy?

Then head over to Toowoomba for night life and shopping for Jandals.
Then the biggest tip I could give,
drive inland and head south,avoid all beach breaks on NSW's coast till you get to Sydney, then knock yourself out with the plethora of surf breaks and shopping.. Feel the spirit of Sydney and other fellow Kiwis,Asians ,Middle Eastern,locals
