In my view its pretty simple the body uses food in this order for fuel Carbs first , protein second and fats third. So eat pasta and potatoes and rice , fish or chicken , lean meat and healthy fats. And vegies for vitamins and minerals for cell repair. And beer caus it makes you feel good
