Im considering picking up a 2nd hand Sunova flow (8'7" 120 l).
Anyone got any idea how this would compare to my current board, the stun gun, also 8'7" but smaller at 110 l?

hey beef .I Can't comment on the gun ,but having recently brought a 120 flow ,
its a real good board ,great speed and carves nice ,
I'M Gonna be happy for a long long time .
I PUT Medium quad size fins in it ,it will go where ever i want it to go.
as well as vertical lip bashers .
I'm still a bit wobbly ,having come from a 140 litre board ,but hopefully i will adapt ...(in messy surf ).
off shore a breeze ...
maybe you could go the 8'4 flow thats 110 litres ..

I ended up skipping on the flow, the 8.7 just looked a bit corky for me. Hard to tell without actually using the thing though
