Agree with ShireSUP, try out the Naish fin, I'd remove the side fins if its just being used on flat water, they give a bit of extra drag because of the slight angle.
But disagree with Shire on the fin placement (sorry mate!) I'd put it all the way back, IMO that will make it less squirelly and help it track straighter.
Something like the Shapers Axe or really any large dolphin fin would work -

If thats too many dollars the other thing that really loosens the board up for surfing is just replacing the centre fin with something smaller like this -
