I think a paddle would help steer that better...

T T,

if you feel like you are the most hated thing on the water every time you paddle out,

why do you continue to SUP ?

Or somehow have you managed to harness and enjoy that feeling?

- i am interested as i can not relate to that thought pattern at all.

Because I couldn't care less what anyone else thoughtI enjoy myself every time I go out stink eye or not. Its not my problem if other people have issues with sup it is theirs.

A quote presented by Laird Hamilton in current SUPworld mag.

Brian Kealana, a great Hawaiian waterman, said "don't define me by my equipment".

These are just tools. If you're a good carpenter, you've got a bag of tools.
If you're just limited by one discipline you're going to narrow your opportunities and at the end of the day it's all about having fun.
There's no right or wrong way to ride a wave. Unless you're not having fun.

A sneak preview into the future .............. an ex jet skier , is getting back to nature ..... buys one of these godforsaken gadgets straps gopros all over the thing ,
fires up his fleet of drones carrying even more goddamn gopros and heads out one quiet morning , doing 35 mph through the line up with his faithful drone solders

filming his every move !!! oh for **** sakes ...............
