What did you have done Casso? My Mum is about to have a shoulder replacement with an upside down ball and socket...ball fitted to scapula and socket on the end of the humerus - largely relies on deltoid to support the joint.
Its given me renewed motivation to do my shoulder exercises!

Yep - that's exactly what I had done too. Supposed to be a better design that what God came up with.

ouch ..but seems to work ok ...I hope they used stainless screws .

There's something classic about big carves on a big board. It doesn't look rushed or too over the top.
Just intuitively surfing with what's on offer and I reckon that's an art in itself.
