This is seriously the best stunt he has done yet. How the hell does he stay upright in the ocean scene it looked pretty bumpy..
Hands down the worlds best extreme sports inovator
more than likely on the next episode of Who Is JOB poopies will be riding one of these at jaws
Jarryd
While I have to agree that there's unBELIEVABLE skill and ingenuity in this, surely JetSki engines towing-in are enough bloody noise for a surf break...let alone a Chook Chaser at full noise. How's the serenity...so much serenity...
You reckon SUP surfers get hassle from Local crews - imagine rocking up to Snapper or Noosa First Point on a dirtbike and doing this?!? I reckon you'd have your arse handed to you on a plate, and no Jury in the land would convict the assailants!! Other option is just get in front of 'em so they lose speed, and 'glub glub glub' - straight to the bottom (hopefully without oil or petrol coming out of it!)
Errrm. It's a stunt. Do you really think people are going to do this in the surf?
Btw Myth Busters did this on flat water with a normal bike. No floats or ski attachments.
That's an amazingly cool vid. Robbie's been turning out some quality stuff for years now but that's definitely up there!
People have been riding bikes and quads over water for many years, snow mobiles too, even ethanol fuelled 4x4 monsters in Iceland but this is the first time I've seen anything like it in the waves. As for being run over by an MX bike in the line up, LOL! I wouldn't worry too much, it'll take a ton of talent and a good deal of support for even the most gifted riders to achieve.
insane - I don't think many would survive copying it.
just something to enjoy and marvel at - he fact that it powered so late through the wave and stayed up is hard to fathom - must have balls of steel
He was on TV this am, apparently he never fully made it out of that wave, the bike did bog and he got slammed. There's a full length feature show coming..
I guessed he was running a sand tyre on it.. We used to use those out in Dubai in the desert, they're amazing!
