My SearchGPS watch refuses to synch - so the last few surfs (since the middle of February actually) are still inside the watch. It is hardly a humanitarian crisis, but the advice from Rip Curl is to reset the watch and start again. Not happy, Jan.
Anyone got any brilliant ideas on how to get them out?
Anyone else had this problem? The support person said it has only happened a "couple of times". I don't believe it.
I have tried on two Windows computers - it seems to be unloading them and then it hangs - it just says "Busy".
ive had this a couple of times on gps watches. one i just reset.
the other i thought had gone. a couple of months later after it had well and truly run out of battery charge, out of curiosity, i recharged it and was good as gold again.
so i say just reset it
Problem solved! Thanks to an off-line suggestion I installed the SearchGPS app on my wife's iPad and was able to access the surfs. 12 surfs saved!
