Yep, there is a guy down at 6 mile, business is called Wind Swell, he does kites and various SUP's.
I have hired from him before and he does hourly or longer.
At the southern end of the beach. Ask locals where it is they all know and his truck is often parked in the main street.

There is Windswell at Four Mile Beach Park. Don't go 6 mile or your in Croc territory.
