I wore my very dorky GoPro headmount the other day and got a few shots.

A friend on the beach just happened to capture the exact same moment with his DSLR...

It definitely changed my life..... from over 130 kg down to 92 kg
The loss just kept clicking away....I wanted to maintain about 95 kg, because at 66, the skin doesn't handle big weight loss as eloquently as I would like
I find eating enough to halt the loss becomes kinda fun, so I have to kick myself in the arse every now and then!
I'm kicking hard now, after seeing those shots

funny.... 2 years ago, I would have loved to weigh what I weigh now.
