From left to right:
- 8'1 Acid which was 1 of my 1st Sunova's i.e. this board holds a special place in my quiver & works a treat in punchy beach-breaks
- custom 8'6 x 97L Insane with stepped rails which goes unreal in bigger/clean conditions (IMO, the stepped rails do make the stability a bit more twitchy)
- 8'11 Insane which offers more stability for those less than perfect bigger days (I added a carbon patch to the deck so there's some weight which isn't a biggie for a big wave board)
- custom 9'8 x 120L Insane which is a beast in terms of paddle speed for bigger conditions (I generally wear a waist leash because it's a lot of board which otherwise rag-dolls me....I can see why Zeusman opted for his sweet 11'11 custom cause there's a lot to be said about a bit of waterline / narrow width + a pin tail

)
- custom 9'1 x 97L progressive LB which handles anything except a stiff off-shore (my back-up is a 10' x 27" New Deal & then a have a dedicated 9'6 log for nose-riding)
Bottom line, foiling has made a few of my shorter/performance boards redundant but thankfully not my LB's + big wave boards
