Yeah, was just about to ask the same thing. I wondered why you favoured the 9'10 AW for your flat water cruising but now having seen those tiny little creeks and inlets it makes sense. What are those waters like when the snow melt comes?

(and Rik while I know Ke Nalu is very good with warranty, I don't they'd extend to usage as an ice axe or a punt pole )

HC.... funny, you should ask that..... I just seperated the blade last week, from beating on it constantly... No worries though... I just slow epoxied it back together... my first surf with it repaired will be tomorrow.... but it feels good as new
