That feeling when you have brand new SUPs on the roof of your car and you rush home to fin them up.... And then realise you needed a bigger garage. I had to claim it

Lucky you have the odd spare mate. I know a good repairer if one of those was a runway and it "falls off the back of the truck" True Aussie mate to take the piss out of yourself!!!

The runway copped the brunt of it but lucky it was a full bottom wrap silver carbon model. I lost some paint but not even a depression. Roof racks are bent and the garage lost some bark. I got lucky.

Bummer if it makes you feel any better I tore the fin out of my daughters clubbie paddle board on the weekend. Same way.

That's gotta s#ck. An accident waiting to happen.

I constantly look at contemporary architecturally correct coastal dwellings and wonder why the standard for garage doors is not considerably higher. Like who of us nowadays doesn't drive an SUV or high end 4wd with SUPs, surfboards, kayaks or canoes on the roof

(Admittedly, my older 4wd of late spends more time stationary with the bonnet up. Keeping me safe?)
