I have an old 12'6 that I want to use for bop but the trouble is it only has the one very hard to use handle whch makes it near impossible to run up the beach with. Im thinking of installing handles to it (clubby board handles) and wondering what the process is.. I see they screw in obviously to a ferrule of some type... any one else done this??? Cheers Loz

maybe just take it to deep or jm someone like that that does clubby boards and get them to do it, or just see how they do it, because they screw into mounts in the board

You can't just screw into the board without putting a plug or insert in first but even doing that can be tricky.. There's a better way.

Scroll down to the end of page one and check out these large stick on carbon things.. That's what I'd recommend.
