Not too good on the reefs around here as I scrap my fins now
yeah can't see doing much of that at *home break* on the falling tide (where fin choice is at least partly dictated by how long you want to stay out
)
Awesome ride
Usefull here on my home beach break to explore those deep sand banks where waves are to mellow to have a challenge.
I want to have a go![]()
That cool ...
Gotta try that ..I guess you'd need deep water ..what size fin in metres is that fin 1 mt.?
be a bitch getting off the beach .
It's not a fin.. It's a foil and it's about 3 feet long.. ![]()
Dean Snow (here in Vic) has just made one for sup'ing.

Ok thanks David ... so that s a metre..I'm interested ...well maybe not ..to much reef here .I'd break it .
does one little bolt hold it in...or is it like a Tuttle box system ..I guess there would be alot of pressure on it ?
its still cool to watch ...and he was buzzing after the rides too..
I wonder what it would be like on a 14 ' DW er.? Could be the next VID.
