Hey mate, I haven't surfed there in a while but Arniston, Betties Bay, Langbaai & Nannies Beach are all good spots, just depending on when you are planning on heading over there, June through to Sept can be good, expect it to get pretty big tho as in 10 to 15 foot at times, watch out for blue bottles and sharp toothed dolphins they get big round those parts..!! can also get busy if Cape Town or the strand is crappy. Good Luck.

Hermanus is a beautiful spot surfed the beaches there a few years ago!!! If it's winter I hope you like swell it will be big roar ocean swell with lots of grunt!! St Francis is about 4 hrs away and has a good SUP spot at granny's pools straight out from the old boat ramp!!! Also seals pt can be good but locals not that SUP friendly... If you do the right thing though it's Ok
