Hi guys I am a 53 year old fat bloke with a bad back and I have just discovered the joys of sup! It has got me back on the water after many years, has yet to give me any back pain, is a great workout and I am loving it! The only problems I still have is getting the board on and off the car can still, not always, aggravate my back which can severely shorten my time on the water. I have looked around and found one thing that helps (see the pic) but was wondering if any one has any tips or ideas they have discovered over the years. Cheers to you all.
