Hi, I'm planning to sup from Apple Tree Bay boat ramp soon. Just wondering if anyone has been out around there?

I haven't found it too bad. Been paddling there for more than 10 years and have seen maybe about 6 sharks in that time. But hey it's the ones that you don't see huh?

Muzz I live right on the back of the chase for 6 months of the year, 6 months up at Mid north coast. What times do you paddle and where do you launch from. Do you have an inflatible or a hard board.

Hey Pumpjockey02, I usually paddle after work. At night some times. Maybe that's why I don't see too many sharks. Depending on where I plan to go I either put in at the ramp at Apple tree bay or the Canoe launch ramp at Bobbin head. Haven't paddled for 3 months, currently out with a broken ankle. Will be getting back to it in the next 2 weeks to burn off the blubber I have put on over the last 3 months.
I've got a 10'6 hard board.
