What thickness works best for sup ?

2mm or 3mm

From my windsurfing / Kiting days in Wellington we were cheap skates and used dish washing gloves as they kept the wind chill off and you can grip, as I have had problems with sore hands with neoprene gloves as they slightly spread fingers while holding boom / bar so hard to grip

Was thinking 2mm for paddle comfort but might be a bit cold

Choice for the cold here is 1.5 xcel infinity vs fcs 2mm

My guess is the infinity will be warmer than fcs due to the quality and lining .

3mm may be just to bulky for sup
